Frequently Asked Questions
We provide you with full transparency to what we have removed and the data we collect. The reports we send out contain a screenshot of what was there before as well as after for each site. We are truthful and collect no data from you other than the essential information for removing your information offline.
We sent out reports every 30 days which usually line up on the end of the month. If you want more frequent reports please reach out to us.
As we continue to work on our Customer Portal we only offer two ways to cancel your subscription. We have embraced Stripe as our payment service and when signing up for our services you will receive a link to manage your subscriptions through this. You can also reach out to us via the Contact Form or by the email shown in the footer of the page.
We enjoy a challenge! Feel free to send us a custom url that contains personal data you want removed as long as it is not on a protected site like Facebook, Instagram, or other sites with data protection. Reach out to us either way and we can chat about this is needed.
Currently there is no customer portal. However, Stripe will send you a receipt in tow with a login link to view and manage your subscription. If you need help with anything please contact us!

We are working to have the application available within the upcoming 5 months. A customer portal is the next thing on our list to build. This will be incorporated into the mobile app as well.
